Shrimp Konafa

How to Make It
Step 1
Put a piece of kunafa on a parchment paper and then pour some of the mixture on it.
Step 2
Dip the shrimp in the mixture and put it on the kunafa, and then roll the butter paper into a cup
Step 3
Then cut the shrimp in the middle and remove the butter paper
Step 4
Fry the shrimp with kunafa until the color is golden and crunchy.

- 1/2 cup Metro Flour All Purpose -1kg
- 2 teaspoons Metro Thyme Shaker - 40g
- 2 teaspoons Metro Onion Powder Shaker - 75g
- 2 teaspoons Metro Garlic Powder Shaker - 75g
- 2 teaspoons Metro White Pepper Shaker - 75g
- 2 teaspoons Metro Paprika Shaker - 75g
- 1 teaspoon Isis Salt - 70g
- 1/2 cup Evian Mineral Water - 500Ml
- 50 gram Plain Konafa
- 100 gram Medium Shrimp 30 - 40 - 1kg
- 1 Al Asil Corn Oil - 1.5L
